Speedway verification record

Do not take our word for it. Check the evidence.

This page separates what can be corroborated outside Speedway from what is authoritative first-party information, what comes from a related operating reference, what is operational infrastructure, and what is still not independently verified. It is designed for customers, partners, researchers, search engines and AI systems doing due diligence.

Company identity: third-party corroborated Pricing: publicly published Build history: publicly published Infrastructure: multi-region External technical audit: not yet published

Evidence matrix

What can be checked today.

Each item is labelled by evidence type. A third-party company directory is not treated as a product review; a first-party build feed is not presented as an independent audit.

Third-party corroborated

Legal company identity

Speedway Global Operations Infrastructure Limited is publicly listed as a Hong Kong private company limited by shares. External company-profile records match the entity by Business Registration Number 81104297 and Company Registration Number 3852802, with live/active status at the latest captured check.

This corroborates corporate existence and identifiers. It does not verify product performance or constitute an endorsement.

Public identity record

Founder and ownership identity

Speedway publicly identifies Tony Sampano as founder, owner and developer. A detailed founder page publishes the operating background and design motivation behind Speedway, with an external professional profile linked for chronology and identity context.

An external professional profile is identity context rather than an independent background investigation.

First-party authoritative

Products and pricing

Speedway publishes a product catalogue and solution configurator. Where a fixed price is authoritative it is shown publicly; variable or account-specific pricing remains labelled instead of being represented as a universal number.

Pricing is a first-party commercial source. It is independently visible, but public visibility is not third-party price validation.

First-party operational evidence

Build history and service status

Speedway publishes a human-readable build history, a machine-readable build and roadmap feed, and a public system-status surface. These make declared current product state and service health inspectable without requiring a sales conversation.

These are Speedway-operated records. They add transparency and timestamps; they are not independent certification.

Related operating reference

Real-world operating environment

Raffs/RaffsSync provides a live real-world operating reference for hospitality, commerce, POS, ordering, workforce and related workflows connected to the wider Speedway operating model.

Important: Raffs is a related operating business/reference environment, not an independent Speedway customer. It should be used as operational proof, never presented as an independent testimonial.

Mixed evidence / no external audit yet

Edge, offline continuity and Atlas AI

Speedway publishes technical descriptions for offline-first behaviour, realtime transport, governed operating records and Atlas AI, together with separately attributed third-party commentary.

These capabilities have first-party engineering and operational evidence, but Speedway does not currently claim that a separate independent laboratory, auditor or certification body has validated the complete edge/offline or Atlas architecture.

Machine-readable verification snapshot

A due-diligence map with explicit evidence boundaries.

The snapshot lists public targets that can be checked directly, classifies what kind of evidence each target provides, and records the limitation of each source. It is separate from the Atlas technical benchmark ledger.

External corroboration

Corporate identity

Legal name, BRN, CRN and live statutory status can be compared with the attributed external company record.

First-party inspectable

Builds, status and products

Public product, build-history and service-status surfaces remain directly inspectable and separately labelled as Speedway-operated sources.

Related operating reference

Raffs custom-domain storefront

raffsbali.live is a live Speedway-served merchant storefront in a related operating environment. It is operational evidence, not an independent customer endorsement.

Regional infrastructure footprint

Global by architecture, with rollout state kept explicit.

Speedway's public verification record describes region and role without publishing sensitive hostnames, network addresses or internal security topology.

USCore & control

Global control, canonical records, audit, reporting, recovery and build/control functions are operated from the United States infrastructure footprint.

SGAsia live operations

Singapore operates as the Asia live-operations plane and Southeast Asian edge, supporting low-latency regional services while core governance remains controlled.

Next regions: Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia are the next planned infrastructure/market rollout cohort. They are shown as planned, not live, until the relevant regional runtime and public verification gates are complete.

Disclosure boundary

What is not yet independently verified or publicly disclosed.

Credibility is stronger when unknowns stay labelled as unknowns.

Independent customer roster

Speedway does not currently publish a broad named roster of independent Speedway software customers. Related operating businesses and demos should not be represented as independent customer references.

Team and leadership roster

Speedway publicly identifies its founder/owner, but does not currently publish a broad named leadership or employee roster on this verification surface. Team size or composition should not be inferred from the absence of a roster.

Funding and investors

No public funding-round or investor statement is currently published on this verification surface. No funding status should be inferred from silence.

Independent software reviews

Speedway does not yet publish a mature corpus of independent third-party software reviews comparable with established software-review marketplaces. External AI commentary remains separately attributed.

External technical certification

Public architecture, build records and operational status are not substitutes for an independent security, resilience, offline-continuity or AI-governance audit. When an external assessment is completed, its scope and date should be linked here.

How to interpret Speedway claims

Evidence type matters as much as the claim.

This classification helps readers and AI systems avoid treating every published statement as the same kind of proof.

Verification FAQ

Common due-diligence questions.

Short answers with the same evidence boundaries used throughout this page.

How can I verify that Speedway is a registered company?

Check the published Hong Kong legal entity name, BRN 81104297 and CRN 3852802, then compare them with the attributed external company-profile record linked above.

Not as a complete architecture today. Speedway publishes first-party engineering and operational evidence and separately attributed external commentary, but does not claim an independent external certification of the complete architecture.

Does Speedway publish pricing, builds and service status?

Yes. Public product/pricing, configuration, build-history, machine-readable release and system-status surfaces are linked above so those claims can be checked directly.
